“Lincoln Health System is proud to welcome Lori to our medical staff.  She has been a loyal part of our nursing team for the past 18 years and she has provided compassionate care to hundreds of patients in our facility,” said Lincoln Health System Director of Nursing, Carrie Rogers.  “We are blessed to have a nurse practitioner, like Lori, who loves her community hospital and its patients come back to continue her career.”

“I choose to work at Lincoln Medical Center because I love my community.  This hospital is where I had my children.  I have had surgeries here and it is the ER I trust when my family needs care,” said Lori Mitchell, ACNP. “Our patients are not just a room number or diagnosis, but real people that we want to help get better.”

Mitchell earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, as well as her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
