Lincoln Health System (LHS) recently announced Jack B. Grove has been named as the administrator for Donalson Care Center, the health system’s 168-bed long-term care and short-stay rehabilitation center.
Grove took over the leadership position on August 24th and brings more than 10 years of long-term care experience in various capacities to the role. He began his long-term care career as a social services director, transitioning into admissions coordinator and marketing director before completing an administrator-in-training position.
For the past 5 years, Jack has served as a long-term care administrator in Ohio and Mississippi, and now, Tennessee. “I am excited to be working in Tennessee at Donalson Care Center,” said Grove.
Grove holds a Master of Arts Degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Art Degree in Psychology from the University fo Akron.
“Lincoln Health System leadership is confident in Jack’s abilities. We immediately knew Jack would be a strong leader and his varied experience inside long-term care gives him a different perspective than your typical administrator, “said Carrie Rogers, Chief Nursing Officer for LHS. “We look forward to seeing the great work Jack will do as he leads the facility.”
“I practice an open door policy for residents, staff and families,” said Grove. “This can be more challenging for families due to visitation restrictions from Covid-19, but I will always make myself accessible by phone or other means as needed.”
