New Director of Nursing at Donalson Care Center

Lincoln Heath recently announced that JaCinda Reed has been named as the Director of Nursing for Donalson Care Center, the health system’s 168 –bed long-term care and short-stay rehabilitation center.

Reed comes to Lincoln Health with 19 years of experience in long-term care. During her time she has served as an ADON, DON and a Regional Nurse Consultant. As a nursing leader, she has helped with nursing growth and development to improve the overall quality of care delivered to the residents.

“We are excited to have JaCinda on our team at Donalson. She is passionate about serving our residents, but also about investing in our employees and encouraging them to develop their skills,” said Mary Beth Seals, President of Lincoln Health.

Reed has been married to Shaon Reed for 12 years, and they have 2 adult daughters. She also just welcomed her first grandson this month.
